Pastillator makes the molten material flowing from upstream process drop to steel belt moving at a uniform velocity. The upward spray cooling and water returning device is provided below the belt to ensure that the molten material spreading uniformly on the belt may be cooled and cured in the course of being conveyed to the discharging end. On the basis of properties of material and requirements of use, different operating modes and mechanism of intermittent dropping, continuous bar output or full-width overflow may be selected for the material distributing device, so as to yield strip or flake shaped products.
